What IF? and CAN I ?

Hey I am thinking with all the Servers that Have Shotguns Bans etc. If I were to Create a Server .. Can I open one that is Shotguns Only All types of Shotty's .. But Just shotguns no Other weapons. Would this be a Functional Idea and would it be within EA's TOS? I don't want to break any rules Thus my reasoning for the question.

It will be hard to keep it under controll, to keep kicking players that use other guns. Then again, I love the idea and support it fully!

Sounds like fun.
If you are allowed to ban shotguns/famas etc on a server, I see no reason why prohibiting everything except shotguns should be a problem.

Though, theoretically, yes, you can open a shotgun only server, my prediction is that such a server is practically unmanageable. People using 'regular' weaponry will keep flowing in no matter what and you can never have enough active actions without getting bothered by them abusing their power and clogging up server slots.

The concept would be perfectly manageable if humans were kindhearted. Yeah, it doesn't look pretty, does it?

Tip to get rid of all the idiots using regular weapons, WITHOUT being in the server yourself:

1. Open up the admin panel.
2. Go to the player list.
3. Take a quick manual scan of every player, copy their names, find their profile page. Do you see a shotgun? Yes, player is clear, do you see a regular gun? Yes, busted, ban him! Do you see regular weapon but no kills at all? Might be some dude just derping around.

Hope it will help you manage your server. Btw, step 3 might take a lot of time, but hey! It is an effective way to get rid of rule violators!

I wouldn't ban him. I would just simply kick him and if he wants to return with the same weapons then ban him for maybe a day.
