I get over 100 routinely on Oman. The best scores you can get with sniper rifle on Oman are from crane to train + headshot + offensive or defensive bonus + savior. The bullet drop is so cool, it takes a bit to get used to though. I think my highest range bonus was 180 something.

I got 3000+ for taking down an Apache with the jet's MG. I don't know if it was a glitch or what. It just kept going " destroyed vehicle" and +50 over and over again. It was a pretty sweet kill though.

43, My low quality disables me from seeing far and my sights are all fuzzy due to my leet 640x480 resolution. Also I don't have any luck so that's out of the question

For a second I thought maybe you were still including the +10's and such. I've tried making shots from that hotel to the construction but never made any hits so far. TBH long shots with snipers and assault rifles are easy as hell so I don't see anything special about those, but 211 with an RPG or 97 with an MG3 now that's impressive.
