Its not new, its been around for as long as I can remember. Well known and never fixed.

There seems to be more of them now the problem is they almost always kill you. I saw this guy and just sprayed and killed him. The thing is you don't get points for the kill. It's bad enough that you have to watch for invisable soldiers but if you kill them you don't get anything for it! I think you should get a bonus.
