Trying to find some info on which weapons/mods etc are best but the few things I've found have all been for BFs. Does anyone know of any guides for credit only stuff? Preferably for an engineer?

They are funds-only until you unlock them (by leveling up). After unlocking, you can rent/buy weapons for credits and at least rent most of the attachments.

I thought i saw a few weapons in there for permanent with credits? Is that wrong?

No. All weapons can be purchased permanently with credits if you have the level for them. Attachments can be rented with credits (after unlocking) but you'll have to use funds if you want to buy them permanently.

Oh yep, sorry I misread your first reply. I suppose at level 7 I'm a long way off any decent permanent credit weapons though.

Not really.. UMP45 is a great gun and it should already be unlocked for you. The hard part is getting the credits for it

If you're quick, you can grab 1000 funds here, that is enough for eg m1911 permanent

Play with default weapons, don't buy bandages/adrenaline/stuff, save credits. By the time you have 45k credits you will know for sure what do you need, coz it will take a while lol.

Haha, yeah no kidding. Just seen the price of the MP5. Going to take me a long time to get 90k. Think I'm aiming for the UMP45. Even that's going to take ages.

Well, there is also such thing as sponsorpay... bought M16 after a couple of surveys.

Save your credits...get stuff you don't need attachments for.

For Medic: Get PKM (17500).
For Engineer: Get UMP45/Mp7 (both 45000)
For Assault: Get AEK (45000).
For Recon: Get any bolt action. These don't need attachments (other than ammo)

Also you could use sponserpay. I have 3 primaries + 1 secondary, and have 4000 extra funds (saving up for the medic dev set. )

Yeah I've rinsed sponsorpay of significant amounts on need for speed world (approximately 30k boost if that means anything to anyone here). It works quite well, just not sure if i can be bothered to go through the hassle of doing all those surveys again.

Oh, and sign to sell shotguns and handguns for credits.

NFSW never changed over to p4f funds so unfortunately they don't count otherwise i'd have about 7k p4f funds left.

Yep, two EA accounts, both with accounts on BFH, BFp4f and NFSW. Only the BF games have interchangeable currencies.
