RESTRICTION: Service Communication Failure: PnkBstrB.exe initialization failed

Ive tried every "solution" given in the posts here and everything ive found in the internet: updating pb, firewall/antivirus off, completly removing bf4free and pb, new installs, windows updates and so on but since the last pb-update it still doesnt work, i always get this error and disconnect on every server i try...since a few days its impossible for me to play.
Before that pb-update i didnt have any problems with pb since i started playing this game (long ago)

After ours of investigation I found a possible resolution for some players.

Microsoft OS has became in April 2012 new certifications in its update. watch here.

maybe punkbuster try to certificate punkbuster K/B with them.

Look into your punkbuster systemlogfile shown in.

/windows/system32/logfile/punkbuster

if you find something like certificate couldnt validate. then you shout give it a try. sorry my logs are deleted afte deinstall game. dont know orginal sentences.
just in time I reinstall from internet.

I have tried this but thanks for the tip am sure for some this will be the solution, but as for me am still stuck and my PB kicks have gone from maybe 2 every 5 matches to every single match now, Ive also followed the PB guide post's still... nothing

That was my bad, I had my sticky button unselected on my last post
It happens now and again.

Mistakes happen, don't worry.

Just don't accidently click the red button that says "Delete Forum" .

I think the atachmentfile is not significant enough to solve problems. You should better look in systemlogfile of punkbuster if not done.

Look into your punkbuster systemlogfile shown in.
/windows/system32/logfile/punkbuster

do you have delete all punkbusterfiles from Windows/system32 folder and User-folder before you tried it out?
best way is to search all files than delete them. search like "pnkbstr*" at systempartition.

do you have delete all punkbusterfiles from Windows/system32 folder and User-folder before you tried it out?
best way is to search all files than delete them. search like "pnkbstr*" at systempartition.

Just gave that a try.... and the game seems to be holding up i just did an entire match so figures crossed, Ill leave another post later on telling if it has fully resolved the issue or not, But thank you for your help there mate!

i just tried this and by updating mine the game seems to be working fine for me. thanks for the info.

its funny (arghhhh) after reinstall game punkbuster and browserPlugin all was running fine. but when punkbuster start to upgrade its own bulls* software during playing i've had no chance to play a hole match.

cause "wolf" punkbuster is installed by default. This one seem to be OK for me. FUBAR. I think, I couldn`t play this game till windows certification is failure free running. Damnit.

this is what i found. micro soft has done a certificate update and has not included it in any updates as of this date, so when pb did an update they have included micro softs updates for certificates thus not allowing anyone to play without them.

every time I play with my engineer or assault or recon, I am kicked by PB ​​before the game starts. I can only play with my medic now because he is the only who not gets kicked by PB

Gazzza update your root kit certificates from the link above. your pb file has same problem as mine & sense i did that i have had no further problems.
