Did you run Firefox with administrative privileges?

Make sure your browser is running in administrative mode Win7: Right-click icon and run as administrator) and press "Play Now"

I have Win 7 64bit.....IE WILL NOT work. I used CHRome... installed perfectly. Hope i helped one.

Actually, InternetExplorer DOES work on Win7 64bit. Just start the 32bit version of IE, instead of the 64bit version

UPDATE... Chrome will work(extension) BUT for me it ses its loading but nothing is happening. Bar not moving and little circle continues to spin(load?)

I had the same problem with the " Install browser extension". I installed Visual C++ from Microsoft and now it`s working fine. I`m using Win XP SP3 on a modest comp. U should try with Visual C++. Hope it will work for U all. Cheers !

great always play fine this game today ask me to install browser extension.
but i cant install click yes and nothing happens. windows 7 64 bits google chrome sorry my poor inglish H. |

Try uninstalling the browser extension, first. Afterwards, go to the "Play Now" page and install it again. Also, try running Chrome with administrative privileges.
