split ammo damage and ammo capacity add-ons

split ammo customization parts in 2 different buyable options:

1. ammo type (CQC, Soft Point, Hi-power Ammo)
2. ammo magazines type (Casket Mags, High Capacity Mags, Extra Magazines)

this will also bring EAsy more money because people can now by 2 things instead of one

edit:
- add +3+3+3 damage and "+3" ammo to all weapons, not only to legacy, to make game more fair for newcomers, give Soft Point, Tactical stock and/or Heavy barrel for free to "legacy" owners as a compensation
- make "ammo-type"'s total damage 10 = +5+3+2, +3+4+3, +2+3+5 or similar

sounds good, but i dun really want to buy high power ammo and casket mags for my an-94 just to get it up to par with all the other paying players. (Side note) I would like to see a new attachment that greatly increases reload speed.

Why? To have "advantage" over newcomers? is that "fair-fight"? Why not giving to legacy owners some customization parts for free. The others can buy them.

non"+3" weapons are too weak, in damage, damage-over-range, default ammo count, recoil (OK, deliberately to sell customization, but still)

yes, that's why I suggested SoftPoint (+3+3+3) for free (althought by my other suggestion it would be +3+4+3)
