Well yeah, you have a north american list. But there is no overall server list afaik. Your list is great and still can help a lot finding the right server! And regarding the server locations: They are not listed, so I can't tell you where they are located. I guess that Bundeswehr Gaming Server as well as Burst of Blaze are located in Germany as german clans host them, but I'm not sure. Gonna contact the server owners about this later today.
