How To Change ES M95 Zoom Controls

Everyone may have known this, but the Enhanced Scope M95 zoom controls are hooked up to the "Next Slot" and "Previous Slot" controls in the options.
If you don't want to scroll for zoom, simply go to
1. Options
2. Foot
3. Weapons
Next slot for zoom in
Previous slot for zoom out
---

As you see in this picture my Right Arrow Key is for zoom in
My Left Arrow Key is zoom out.

Is there a way to accomplish this:

When scope is off -
scroll up : scope on
scroll up again : enhanced zoom
scroll up again : scope off

And simultaneously, in reverse order, when scope is off -
scroll down : enhanced zoom
scroll down again : normal scope
scroll down again : scope off

I think it could be asking too much lol, but I remember something like that in some other game, cant recall which.

Maybe some way to accomplish this via the control setting file?

In the options menu you can also turn ~Camera Shake~ off, and you won't get the scope "Wobble".

this helped me a lot, because I had to assign the extra primary wep for M2 scroll and when I changed to my recon.... bam!! isn't working O_O
