Hello Everyone!

I had been planning this since I knew we could rent servers. I've had a lot of experience managing servers all the way back to the Counter-Strike days.

A very iconic name in game serves has been "Hotel California" for it's player community, player skill, and server management.

So I'd like to bring that name back into the community and introduce to you the THREE Hotel California Servers:

All server are running on the following specifications:
  • 5 minute idle kicker
  • 350 Ping Limit (Pushing it but still playable)
  • 5 rounds per map on rotation server
  • GGC Streamed
  • All servers are ranked

Servers:

  1. Hotel California 1 - 24/7 Oman (Texas)

    Bookmark Hotel California #1
  2. Hotel California 2 - 24/7 DV (Texas)

    Bookmark Hotel California #2
  3. Hotel California 3 - Oman/Karkand (Germany)

    This server will have a seasonal map rotation. Currently it is set on DV/OMAN. As more maps pop up and some maps become more favorable, the map rotation will change accordingly.

* UPDATE 11/30/2011 *

Thanks to someone who has expressed interest in keeping the Hotel California servers alive, all three remaining servers will remain open.

They are totally under his control now so you might see a change in admin roster, map pool, etc. But these servers will remain open until this person decides to close them down.

So rejoice as one of BFP4F's first ever server community will remain alive.

Im only going to be worried about and watching for hackers and spawn rapers and the noobs that blow up team assets other then that no kicks from me......or so i will see.

It seems like Karkand isn't getting any love. All the 24/7 servers are empty.

im on it now but yea only 2 ppl on there plus me makes 3, im trying to bring more ppl on it

Also im an Admin Big Grin Today's just been testing servers and commands and stuff so the admins will be spamming in the chat.

Edit:1, I think the Rotation server should have all maps. thers a lot of people out there who like Sharqi (Not me) but we could do- 5 Oman, 5 karkand, 2-5 sharqi or something like that. Anyway i gotta go! Thunder Booming outside atm.

As soon as I'm able to fully edit all the config files via the webbased server management, they will.
