Seriously, look at it like this: Yeah, you lose your levels and equipment and credits...But you gain new content, which most likely contains the new maps. New ways to level, new equipment, and new toys (Jets, helos, etc.).

I guess what I mean to say is QQ. This is for the betterment of the game.

Please add the punkbuster or any other antihack system!!!

I don't know what you kids expect in a "CLOSED BETA" game.

A closed beta game is in its TESTING PHASE and nothing is permanent.

It was made clear to you when you sign-up to be a BETA TESTER, there will be character wipes.

*sigh... I for one welcome this news.

Agreed with nStryacoz, what's the point of still playing then?
I played a lot of time now in CB, so i have some lvl 10's, but if it's going to be wiped away then rly..

The point of still playing is that this is a Closed Beta at the moment so you should NEVER expect to keep what you get in here. You're 'job' (and mine) is to test out the game, find bugs etc, not to have a pissing contest to see who is the best player. That will come soon enough.


I really can't understand why people are getting upset over this, unless they are below the legal age of consent and yet to be versed in the cold, harsh reality of Worldly ways.

You are a Game Tester at this stage. How could you have expected to be able to keep what you have got if they need to fix anything related to it, especially as this is a Closed Beta at the moment (repeated for those with comprehension difficulties).


Your shiny gun and uniform? Don't worry. With the 1337 skills you have gained during the testing you will have an advantage at the onset and this should help you gain your 'things' again quicker than others who don't have the same experience.

It's a Modern Day pandemic, it seems, that spoiled people have no patience.

Me, I'm here for the long haul. I see great potential in this game and have been enjoying games so far and trying to look out for things that don't work as they should.

wrong. The guns and uniforms will get just available for battlefunders, and the 1337 skills will get useless because you get owned by some guy without skills that hit you just one time and take 60 % of your life.
