Indeed, it would be nice so that we can initialise a kickvote as in BF2142, about the wipe, I really don't mind, as long as we get new map and new toys (f22 and helos), but please try to fix server lags, and introduce a server browser, or at least do so that we can join on our friends playing on battlefield like like like

One month !!!

i love how 95% of the poeple are whining about losing thier soldiers and items while my biggest fear is OP weapons being sold for 1000000 battlefunds so im gonna play as much as possible before the bf store starts

my personal take on this situation is...

wipe -> new map(s) and content -> more testing -> BFs -> content and Open Beta

there -could- be another wipe in between, but not after BFs get added into the game , there will surely be a newer announcement beforehand (that things are ready and no more wipes will happen)

no, like said before, I seriously doubt there will be another wipe after BFs get added....BFs came around after the last wipe on BFH

there was no wipe when BFH advanced to OB, so, I don't expect to be one here before going to OB, last wipe is bound to happen on CB before BFs get added into the store...

what will get sold?.....who knows, really, but there will be a credits option, you can be sure about that...

excellent question....my best guess is that it will show a forum ID or number and it will change once you create a hero, getting the name of your first character...OR, the forums will get locked and you'll show up as not logged in 'til you create one...

You get to keep some kind of medal, for being in beta test, as i understand it.
Also the 'ONLY THE FEW' pistol. For thouse who bought battle-funds during december, totaling
2,600, i think...

it WILL still be Closed Beta......OB was announced to get here around end of February/March in some interviews

IF you play BFH, you'll get a medal for it AND a medal for BFp4f, if not, you'll only get the medal for BFp4f...

So pathetic from EA to make a game called "PLAY4FREE" while you wont even be able to enjoy it without paying. It's a sad lure. Btw isn't that against the law anyway? wrong product information?
