I want tracer ammunition as an option to sniper rifles, so you can immediately see how the bullet drops.

I'll sign, only for these two.

Throwing knives- would be cool, but no instant kills. Throwing weapons(blades/spike) are -not even made- for killing, but for distracting/maiming the enemy.
Perhaps make it replace the knife, give you 3, and only hit for 35hp close range - to about 15hp at 10meters.

Grappling hook- would be very useful for recons, maybe too useful.

You forgot the night vision goggles and the GL flare.
