But the Recon-class doesn't have an XM8 rifle of any type, but I think it'll be good to implant the XM8 S (sharpshooter) to the game (All my soldiers have some type of XM8 rifle except the Recon-class).

Makes sense. Although I'm not a big fan of XM8 series. And yes, gameplay-wise 30 round mag is a bit much for semi-auto marksman rifle.
All in all nice suggestion.

What difference would this gun have compared to the M14, M110, or SVD? Besides the looks of course.

It has more shots per mag, and due to its 5.56 less damage but a very rapid rate of fire, almost like the AN94.

No, because the XM8S wouldn't have a rediculous high and uncontrolable recoil like the M14, but a low recoil like the whole XM8-Series.

This gun would be seriously accurate. I mean deviation wise, don't know about the recoil, should have 550 Velocity. /Sign. I would buy it right now, but it's not here.
