It's been addressed and if I'm not mistaken was implemented already, but to no avail. I never followed it up to find out exactly why it didn't work as intended though. But I know for sure Doc has brought it up a few times and it's on Yamato's to-do list.

It's already enabled in SGP YAMATO and JPN YAMATO servers. Must be referred to Wiki or TEG server.

I have no idea.
What boosted server you talking about?
I think apart from Nismo's [AUS] server, the rest are booster nubs.
Nismo's server has no booster nades and auto shotties on Mon, Wed & Fri. Infantry Days.
The rest of the days are Air maps, so nades ain't a problem.
That's the only alternative until good old YAMATO comes back.

I don't know why they went down. Seems like all the Asian servers are down currently.
Lowest Ping I'm getting from the Asian region is 307.
Lowest Ping from Europe is 248.
