Many times there have been rule breakers being persistent pests with no one there to kick them. Just the other day we had a saiga user playing for 3~ hours straight with no moderators online for the entire duration.
Apart from this- very good server. Doc and Pete are two of the most balanced and fair mods I've seen in any server. Need more guys like them IMO.

As when I play and see native language speakers ( beside English and Japanese ), the order is warn -> warn -> kick.

Yamato can you enable recon limit function for SGP server also ( max is 6, like in JPN server ) ? Sometimes 2/3 of a team is filled with recons, and most of them just camp at a place.
