Actually,this ban is not total nonsense .The problem is not his playstyle,Herowinb is very good at air map,i agree with u but i must say herowinb is a damn selfish guy .He ready to insult anyone get in the chopper(plane) before and not good at piloting.Sometimes,i saw herowinb has swearing .In short,his behavior make a few players unfun.
=>Maybe we dont need to ban him but he's not fit to be a VIP at Yamato server

He reported about Herowinb's griefing. First time he didn't talk about that name.
And already i saw his griefing when i was playing with my secret account. (I saw it 1 times.)

Griefing isn't allowed in any rented server, if you read the Rules part on the first post of this thread, you'll see the rule :"NO Griefing" too. If a new player griefing, we will warn/kick him. But after getting banned and unbanned, you're in the "black list" and you still break server rules, so you shouldn't feel surprise seeing yourself got banned from the server again.

The final decision is still YAMATO's. I'm just pointing out the fact.

I agree with u about Griefing not allowed, but:
1/ That problem not ONLY ME if wanna, unban me and i will report everything "griefing".

2/ IF i not wrong, or i think i not wrong, i will rise against this measure by comment in this theard or PM forum. BUT I WILL CHANGE MY STYLE LIKE YOUR REQUIREMENTS UNTILL YOU CHANGE YOUR RULE (like you said about my heli camp)

OK I'll derail the current topic a bit. Isn't the mod/admin list on first post outdated? There were some additions to mod team lately. Why did JLTV got mod rights anyway? Correct me if I'm wrong but he's pretty unskilled and doesn't have basic knowledge about the game, which might lead to false reports sometimes. Just my opinion.

Because I got another report from japanese administrator about that griefing.
Total 3 admins mind his griefing and wanted to BAN him.

If he used prohibited weapon and he searched he's conscience I might gave him last chance.

Griefing is different.
Especially griefing (or TeamKilling?) is most shameful issue that i think.
Because it is not possible to do without player's evil intent and selfishness.
He lost he's reliance as player by himself.

So i think it is negative.
