This has apparently been an unresolved issue since around the the December 2011 rip-off. I'm not even sure if Silvanoshi is still with the company to address the issue.

Since i made all the orders @ about the same time i think i got ahead of one of them, since i replyed to the SMS but never got the transation complete...

What shall i do to get the BF credited, since i already got charged by the transation on my phone?
