Um its xp from only kills and flag caps. Even a hacker at 50 kills is only 2500 xp, compared to like 12 flag caps..

Basically any server that you can get put into by pressing 'play now'. If you go to the server browser, it's any server with a rank insignia lit up on the left hand side.

You total XP gained from your flag captures and Kills will be gathered from all of the soldiers on your account so it doesn't matter if you use one or 10 soldiers... all of the XP will be added together for your total.
Do I have to cap the flag or can I neutralize them?
You have to cap them... they can be owned by your enemy or already neutralized but for it to count it needs to be waving YOUR faction colours before you leave the scene.
Do kill modifiers count (Range, Close Quarters etc.)?
No... just the base kill score of 50 Points.
What servers do I need to play on?
Any ranked server

Yes you can.
Use of an XP Boost is possible and you will gain additional XP from using it which is counted towards your total XP at the end of this event.

All XP gain is logged in our system so we can easily see who earned the most XP at the end.

I join this party. It is last week of P4F before BF3.
After all, i want to know the scores of 3 first places, and the last one with this 100.
Ahhhh you can count me out as i only play the game 2 to 3 hours a day now.
I will be hardly playing it at all when Bf3 is out as well.
