I'm currently tring to install the game but it keeps saying I need to install this browser extension that I can't find and install. What do I need to do?
which browser do you use?
When you click on "PLAY NOW!" you should get a tutorial which shows you how to install. You also should get a pop-up, if not. Try to run your browser as an administrator by right click on the icon, and select "Run as administrator".
Hope this helped you out. Wink
i tried the right click thing and it didnt work any other ideas
I GOT SAME PROBLEM ...RIGHT BOTTON EVEN DON`T WORK AND I CAN`T GET THE EXTENSION

The question remains: Which browser (including version) do you use?

and please refrain from posting in all-CAPS Wink
Either you are using a old version of whatever browser you are on, or you have a beta version that isn't supported yet.
this browser extension just doesn't work please help, i am new to this
Please answer ALL these questions:
  1. What Windows version do you use? (incl. 32 or 64bit?)
  2. What browser do you use? (including version)
  3. What happens exactly?
  4. Do you get any errors? If so, what is the exact error message?
On the "Install Browser Extension" page NOTHING happens. The browser should display a message asking if I want to install the plug-in but there's no such pop-up.
I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bits and IE 9 (and both 4.0 and 3.5 sp1 .NET frameworks).
When using Google Chrome, everything goes fine. There's no problems at all. BUT, I own a cyber café and there are some issues with this browser related to my managing system. So, I can't use it.
Note: I have 15 PCs with the same hardware and software configuration and I would like to run the game on all of it.
Thanks in advance.
Ricardo
Try adding the BFP4F website to the "Trusted Sites" zone Wink
Alternatively, reset IE's settings:

  1. Open InternetExplorer
  2. Go to Tools->InternetSettings
  3. Switch to the "Advanced" tab
  4. Click the "Reset..." button
  5. Activate the "Delete personal settings" option
  6. Click the "Reset" button
  7. Close IE and start it again
Thanks for your post, HomeSen, but it didn't solved the problem. Sad

If I could get the direct link for the browser extension's install file...
I have the same problem. windows 7 64bit IE9
Could it be that both of you guys use the 64-bit version of InternetExplorer? If so, then please use the "normal" version of InternetExplorer. The browser extension (like almost all other browser extensions) isn't 64bit-compatible, and thus won't even ask to be installed Wink
I can not install the browser extension which is what I do?
Which browser do you use? Do you get any error?
my google is navegaor
I click on play now and appears to install anything else and browser extension can not
