It was nice,lil' bit like "oh yea this is just a beta" -when i started, but now its alot better even with sights(no more glossy sight). i've tried everyy class...first of all I think medics must have worse accurary or more recoil...thats too easy to be medic, assualt is ok...but why m16a2 has GL for nothing?
Snipers are fine, but i thought that SVD(which is kinda dragunov) could kill with 1 shot to head.
But, i would like it if there could be more game modes, and equipments to weapons like more zoomed sights, silencers, etc...
oh yea, and i want bigger chat font..or may better if u guys could make it choose able. And There is not so much emotes, i would like "commands" like in most BF games but just not so much...i mean, i would like a most common commands (in menu(s)) like: "gogogo""follow me"...etc. and "medic""ammo""repair"-already got.
nowdays i play i hate that i dont see with medium graphics enought long...i mean i want setting drawing distance. i couldnt see player in mortar when i was in good range .
Horrible game. All of you are greedy bastards at E.A. Im just gonna pay 15 bucks for BC2 than play a dirty BF2 game again. You guys can suck it.
Defibrillator doesn't work properly. It's annoying! I am aiming directly on my teammate, and it's not reviving him.
I can't believe two things.
1. I can't believe this isn't butter!

maybe instead of looking up when you die, the camera should move to face the location of your killer, like a kill cam, but without giving away position of a enemy sniper, we all know Shoot and Scoot, well if you dont scoot ur gunna have revenge kills all over you like a wet shower curtain.

I've been playing for a few weeks now and couldnt find any bugs. the only issue i have is with the PB but thats not something that can be done by dice. Open beta is a lot less laggy than the closed overall i like it.

I absolutely love the game! 10/10. Late response, because I've been here since November 30th 2010...
Not a favorible first impression for me.
Got alot of video lag, where it isn't smooth to pan, but jumps often. Tried 4 different resolutions and settings.
I really, really, really hate not being able to rebind keys while playing. This is only an issue in the beginning, but very annoying.
Can't change classes in game is another big letdown. I feel the ability to do that is key to the Battlefield experience.
Someone even shakes avoiding mines? What a useless skill?
Game is quite ok (considering it's (kinda) free), but I miss quite a few things from Bf2. Commander, bigger maps, etc. I play mostly with a sniper, so I'd love to see something with a real KICK. Barett rifles maybe?
I also wonder if you're going to bring back other sides of the conflict, and, what's even more important, whether there will be Chinese maps (man, I LOVED those in BF2).
I really enjoyed the game, brought me back to playing Battlefield 2 on my xbox when the servers where up.

one thing you guys should put are grenade launchers, and atv's
spawn's i don't like because i spawned 8 time in front of a guy about 1 meter and he kept knifing me.
the hit detection on the snipers could be improved.the movement is a little bit crisped, but you can still play.and that's it.
Well bugged aiming down sight, laggy, can't use over two classes...
Sucks pretty bad, but as f2p and beta I'd say it's ok. Just wishing I could try assault and engineer...
This game is such a disappointment. You dumbed BF2 down and added a store, its all the more bad company now, which isnt really the true battlefield at all.
If you want to play BFplay4free, go play BF2. Its cheap now and still hundreds of full servers to go by (dont forget the excellent mods). BF2 is way more balanced out in everything. BFplay4free just is not worth the time and effort whereas BF2 is just around the corner giving you a much broader and more satisfying gaming experience.
The disadvantages of BFHeroes (the store, dividing community between the money- and the free players) implemented in a dumbed down BF2, whilst not taking the really GOOD things of BF2 in this game. That about summarises this game.
To me,the game is more like a battlefield 2 version of the bad company series.
It's really lacked the fast paced action of the battlefield 2 series.
Everything seemes to be so slow for all the actions.
The server,may be it's beta, I really hate the lack of option of chossing a server and continosly being kicked for high ping. Would it be really so costy for EA to open up more servers?
The pricing is just ridiculous for the weapons. I don't mind the fact it cost you more to change your appearance,but weapons? I would rather get a copy of bf2 and earn weapons through exp.
The fixed class for one soldier is just disappointing, the purpose of having that originally is that the team can adjust accordinly to the situation.
Moreover the weapons and ability for certain class is just way too unbalanced. The medic for example, the long range machine gun is way too accurate. I can really just hide in somewhere,and duel with a sniper.
Also with the skills point system, i would really prefer u really have a training course to earn skills instead of adding points. Or else,it's just pretty sucks that all the skills i earned is just more like a normal gameplay in bf2. How lazy of you guys!!
Not letting the enemy messing with the main base is also a fail, why not? It's more reasonable for a forces to attack the main base after capturing all the points. If you want to lossing side to have a chance, they already have it, we enjoy to see desperate peopel breakthrough all the attacks.
This game is really a fail if you wish to replace BF2 at all.
The only thing i like is the graphic and sounds which i must say pretty awesome.
