First impressions:
1. Did "they" really focus on making a clone of other existing games instead of continue to develop the unique BFH?
2. Why would hardcore gamers enjoy a dull clone of other games, when they probably enjoy playing BFH because of its unique appeal?

And no, I'm not trolling, this is exactly what I thought.
This is the BEST FPS game in the whole world

PS : can u please change the viewdistance for those who plays on Superlow graphicsettings ? Because i really wanna play with my recon ,but i can't see far enough.
My Impressions:
I love BFP4F because:
1. It's for free
2. The Gameplay is awesome (not like Heroes, more realistic, more like BF2)
3. The Graphic and Sound are good
4. You get Points for everything you do and don't have to finish a battle to store the points :-)
Things should get better:
1. Squad Gameplay
2. More Weapons and Outfits
3. Destructible setting
+ game is realistic, gameplay like BF2-which is really positive, graphics
- loading characters, no group manager!!
I suggest add more equipment (C4!!, silencer, scope, red dot sight...) and weapons of nowadays use (G36, HK416, Barret.50...)
My first impression was that the game crashes every time i try to play it and when it goes to a game there comes up a weird cloudy picture ( I mean there are many clouds on the picture) and then the game freezes.

Really annoying when spawing when its loads all customatzions. You have already been spawned but the charchters stalls when loading millions of customs. Makes u an easy target for spawnkillers.
We need the russians to speak english like in bf2 i dont read the text. And i dont understand russian.
Why dont the tank fire machine gun?
A lot of bugs, but that'll be fixed later i assume. BUT PLEASE FIX THE MOUSE POINTER WHEN IN FULL SCREEN! That's the most annoying bug for me.
Otherwise, great game, definetely for being a free one! Very fun to play and a good add to the Battlefield franchise
And this is just the beta. I can't wait what the finished game will be like!

A great game but have a lot of glitches, please fix ...
This game is the best P4F FPS out there by far. Everything is balanced, except the M16 and the SVD. (m16 is OP) (SVD has no recoil and a ridiculous RoF) Other than that great game with a few minor gliches like randomly exploading while in a plane...
game is good. or can say almost prefectt. just need little improvement while joining game.. it always says server lost.
Very good game i love it, but my xp don't save at times. Overall, this game is awesome.
I have to say i am a Battlefield fan and Battlefield PLAY4FREE is a unique game
i love the customizable characters and the variety of weapons
but i want to say a few things to add
1)to make the game even more realistic you could add the prone position like BF2
2)customizable weapons such as red dots (like BF:BC2)
3)keep points(like now in beta)to buy new items and weapons so the donators won't be better than the usuall players who can't afford money for the game
In conclusion BFP4F is a fantastic game but there are still a few things that can be added for even better results

The game is very good
The gameplay is fine
The classes are well balanced
The vehicles most are well balanced two (The aircraft is a little to strong)
The Weapons are great
But the graphics are horrible BF 2 better one and it is almost 5 years old when the graphics get better this game will be perfect
good game! although i cannot play the map of oman because punkbuster keeps kicking me. i can assure you im not using any cheat programs. i can still play on karkand most of the time.
anyway i love the game there are a couple of things i could see making it better. one would be more accesible buildings not only would it keep snipers on their toes but provide reliable cover and safe places for you to spawn on a team mate.
its probably to late in beta but perhaps destructible enviroments. bad company 2 is by far ea's best fps for the sole reason that the enviroment could be blown up. even further more make the explosions and gunshots have more effect on the battle. because throwing a grenade to create an instant foxhole to hide in would make the battle tactics more interesting. the gunshot sound effects need a little work they (sound kind of wimpy as if all guns have a silencer on them). also their is to much visibility grenades and other explosives should create debri and dust that hangs in the air for a while. an addition like this would allow you to remove the fog of war.fog of war is fine for any lame fps but really you need to get rid of it in exchange for the dust effects previously metioned.
something to add to the sniper class is a way to cover the bullet trace. for example smoke grenades would be useful. although the funnest solution would be to add weather effects to the game that effected the ground and air battle. for example lightning that could cover the sound and shot of a sniper. this would make the sniper class more about stealth and precision rather than what it is now which is loading your semi automaticc sniper and firing randomly in the genaral direction of the enemy.
other than that its a good start to what will be a great first person shooter.

The gameplay was perfect but when i played as a sniper because of lag i couldnt get a single kill
Before i even started playing it took me 10 tries to start playing and when i finally entered i lost connection to the server
The film grain is awful
The "dust" in karkand is the worst thing of the map. I wouldnt mind a sniper killing me from across the map and it makes the level really ugly
I'll just summerize.
Game is boring.
Missign squads.
Missing prone.
Missing ability to chose spawn location.
Missing commander.
Missing different classes.
Improved graphics myass. BF2 looks 10 times better.
Controlls are not polished.
Etc.
Basicly the game is verry poorly made right now. I recon the devs should go back, pickup BF2 and see what parts of the game were good and bad. Right now it's just another game trying to mimic the high pased action that call of duty has, and that has actually no place in battlefield.

Graphics - I know that the game was not made for a super computer, but could have better graphics!
what really call the most attention in a game, is the graphics and playibility!
playibility - still have much work ahead as playibility!
more realism when the puppet throw the grenade!
aim is rather stable!
when the dummy run should have the sound to show how this tired! etc. ..
servers - the servers are very Lagg! and what is really wrong is you guys change the team midway through the game!
Impossible to play, main menu is buggy as hell, never connects to servers.
Managed to connect to a couple of times after pressing play now from the weapons interface (seriously...) only to be kicked by punkbuster after 15 seconds and the same happend every time.
Also, the game's modest graphics lag my high end pc badly (getting 20 fps at low quality)
Its ok...theres alot of bugs and balancing still need to be done.
My primary issue is no server browser, constant disconnect from server or server is full messages are annoying and takes along time to get into a game.
BFP4F has potential. unfortunately this game will never meet that potential.
Good physic and game mechanics for the most part.
Good start on the character customization so far.
Good job at character development with various skills for each class...
to bad the crappy job that sPunkBuster does at dealing with all these f#@king hackers and cheaters that are over shadowing anything good this game has going for it...
I will check back occassionally to see if this game has fixed the hacker problem and once it does I will be playing BFP4F alot....
I'm thinking about boycotting any game where sPunkBuster is used...
That is my first and disappointed impression of the game!!!!!
