You live under a bridge and pop out now and again to Troll?

Do you provide 300+ clan members and hundreds more an Asian based server to play on?

What is your problem kayack1? Someone walking over your bridge?

300 Inactive you mean?

Seriously, when your clan servers go down, its not the end of the world, they play elsewhere.

Every post I've seen from you is hostile and if you have not realised yet, no-one respects you.

yet another personal attack from another EA troll, it seems all these EA trolls stick together and stick up for each other. it'd be cute if it wasnt so troll-like. GODDEVIL pays for a service which he isnt getting, has he the right to speak up ... YES
do u trolls have the right to come into EVERY thread and put ur 2 cents worth in .... in here yup, but in real life, trolls usually get b1tch slapped. this is real world money used and this man DOES have the right to complain on what ever platform he can to get value for his money

You don't like Australia?

Don't mind him MacBeth, he has some issues...
Just look at their website and everything should be clear to you.

OT : You can easily go to your credit card provider and tell them to block all money withdrawals from MultiPlay and than just switch to i3d,leet servers or any else server provider...

This is really annoying... Every time a TBS member puts up a thread, there is an argument.

I'm not saying that it's the TBS member's fault. It's a combination of the community, giving their opinion, and TBS lashing out at them for various reasons.

I'm not saying who's right.

But somehow, whenever i read a one of those posts, i feel like the TBS members are "shouting" through the Internet, if you know what i mean.

Our website is designed to get attention and cause controversy, has it done its job, YES, ur here complaining about it.
if this offends people, they shouldnt be playing a game designed to kill other players, maybe pokemon would be better suited to those players

Mulitplay is a joke. I would rather take no server then wasting money on a low quality, high ping, and constant crashing server.

Does Asia have any other server provider? Or does Multiplay run a monopoly in that part of the world?

Now, i'm going to put aside my preconceptions of TBS to help you guys out. If anything, I can at least offer some advice.

You speak of 3 servers, and to my understanding they are all in Australia, right?
One of them is fine, but the others appear to be offline?

Offline how? The Honey Badgers server is also hosted through Multiplay, and we've been experiencing some similar issues. Constant crashes/offline periods.

First, Check your ClanForge panel for each of the servers. If they all show up as 'Online', but are not online through the Play4Free server browser, here's what you can do to help rectify the problem:

Restart the server completely. Wait about 10 minutes or so. Then, refresh the server browser. If it still shows up as offline, then Stop the server for a good 15-20minutes.
After that, start it up once again. Wait 5-10 minutes. Refresh the server browser.

If it STILL doesn't show up as online, go into the Config Files on that ClanForge page. Select Modmanager.con [select your most recent one if you have multiple saves]. Don't touch anything in the files itself, just press the "Save+Apply" button. It will ask you to restart the server. Select yes.
Refresh the server browser. If it's still not appearing, then it's a technical fault with Multiplay itself, and all you can do is wait.

I would suggest cancelling your 6-month rent on the server, getting your money back, or requesting a refund or a time extension on your server equal to the amount of time it was offline.

After the rent is over, switch to i3d, or any other supplier that hosts in Australia that ISN'T Multiplay.
Multiplay hasn't exactly got the best track record.

Anyways, hopefully this helped you guys. Not saying that I'm the biggest fan of TBS, but either way, someone being screwed over by a server host isn't right.

Multiplay are about as unreliable as I have ever seen from a service provider of this type.
