Stinger, Igla, Javelin: No, vehicles are already pretty easy to take out.
Flamethrower: No, booster mayhem.
Repair Tool and Radio Beacon: No, Already have
Machete: No, too ridiculous.
Thermal Googles: No, no purpose.
Throwable Knives: No, what is this, Call of Duty?
M203, GL1, AG36, GP-30: Yes, but boosters must be reasonable.
Anzio: Yes, but with 1 shot and slow reload and little anti-infantry use.
AT4: Maybe, we need a new launcher
Road Spikes: No, we already have mines
Flare Gun: No, what's the point?
Bouncing Betty: No, already have Claymore
MAV: Not sure if that could be implemented.

Some look pretty sick...
While others pretty OP. You need to determine a "slot" in which they fit, that would replace similar items. Such as Betty replacing Claymore, Flash replaces Smoke, Launchers replace RPG and so on...
As for grappling hooks and other new items, they can have a new slot.
Great idea though, and it would really add a lot of new variety to the game.
