im looking at barrels and such on weapons, am i understanding that you can now modify them? sorry, took a long break. if so, how is it done?

modification button (looks like a cog) in your inventory on the button left of weapons you own. you can rent for 1 day with credits but anything else is funds.

yes, you can add modifications to improve your weapons

if you buy an attachment, it will be available for all weapons of that soldier.
