Hmm, never checked whether or not they were refillable. Thanks for the tip. ^^

Off-topic: You don`t use C-4?? They are great on infantry maps as basra and sharqi as well. You can throw them over walls if you know an enemy is behind it (e.g. flag C in bashra, or flag A in sharqi).

On-topic: I didnt spend a single training point in ammoboxes and in my experience they still work Wink They could be bugged or something. I don`t know for sure but there doesn`t seem to be a difference in range and speed of reffiling while using that skill or don`t.

Unfortunately, the minority of players actually use these forums.

No, I usually stick to grenades to be honest.

As others have said, the reloading time gets noticeably faster when you upgrade the skill. Whenever I restat, I always get two points minimum as that will reload your own ammo fast enough for you to be able to almost always be on the move. The only reason I get it fully upgraded is so that I'm able to drop two packs at any time. One for my camping allies and one for myself. Big Grin

You don't really need to read the forums to learn how to drop an ammo-pack though. Big Grin

Ammo count should be restored to the original amount before the December 20th update. Assault rifles ammo count are a joke. 20 bullets on average for most AR rifles? Really? 20? You can only go a few seconds before having to reload, dropping ammo boxes and being rooted to the spot for fear of running out of ammo again.

Ammo counts should be restored to their original values so when buying attachments, players actually have an option. Something the attachment system obviously intended to do but fails horribly in doing so. Currently, with only 20 bullets per mag, Assault players will buy anything they can to increase overall ammo count rather than ammo that will increases damage. Even with current redeem codes that grant, precision stocks and barrels with high damage ammo, I still buy and use casket mags rather than the high damage ammo for my engineer.

Restore ammo counts per mag to what they were before these recent updates and let the attachment system shine. If players want 45-50 bullets instead of 30-35 bullets per mag then let them buy the casket mag. If they want additional damage let them buy high damage ammo. This way the attachment system can encourage different playstyles, give the player actual options, and most importantly DEEPEN gameplay. Attachments should act as a bonus to playstyle, it shouldn't be a necessity.

Right now the Attachment system is something dirty - a means to leach more money from players rather than something that actually improves gameplay. Unfortunately, judging from recent EAsy trends its more likely that after the realization that players are spending more credits on casket mags rather than the other more expensive attachments, devs will increase the cost of additional ammo in attempt to get players to buy other attachments.

As of late it's just one glaringly greedy change after another. I'm still waiting for an actual update that shows its community that they are game developers first and a business second. EAsy needs to learn that you'll catch more flies with honey rather than vinegar. And right now, all they seem to be doing is feeding us vinegar and calling it honey.

Thanks EAsy for giving me 4 extra bullets per mag for my m4a1, it really goes a long way towards restoring the 40 bullets per mag I had when I originally purchased this gun. Now I am supposed to rent attachments to bring the bullet count back up?

Casket mags is the way to go, but I feel ya man, my M4 should have atleast 30 ammo without attachments. Funny thing if you read the store description of the M4 :>.

I've now checked and your smoke nades refill even if you haven't put all skillpoints in the skill so maxing it doesn't matter. For me, 3 smoke nades are more than enough at any time.
