My friend wanted to start play that game, but something is wrong with him pc, says like he is not administrator, and he is using windows8, we want to know is this game problem or his pc problem.

2) Right mouse-button click browser icon.

I got the solution
go to cmd admin
then typenet [undefined=undefined][undefined=undefined]net user administrator /active:yes[/undefined][/undefined]

The push enter there will be another acount
called administrator go to this
and then you can easy download the game

You should change this back to net user administrator /active:no, I have no idea if this is a temporary fix or permanent since I've never heard of this command before.
If it is permanent it could leave a possible "hole" for security threats to do anything that you won't know about.

You can't expect everyone to like Windows 8. Microsoft is moving forward to the Tablet age, and so are we. They are just trying to keep up with the competition of other OS manufacturers.
Sure the Start/Metro Screen is much different. But we aren't in the Windows 95 Era now, They've kept that same theme since before Windows 95, which was before 95 came out to homes.

It was time for a change, I like it. God Damn, I even have a Windows Phone 8
