I feel the other way. I don't like the mismatched tan skin on top of my L85, but the red dot reticle is much, much better than the standard crosshair. Scoring headshots at range is so much easier with it.

Maybe Iam wrong, I obv never had the chance to test the desert version, just the normal one of which I thought it wouldn't be worth getting back then nor I thought it would have been smart to spend 7k funds on a devset just for the m145. Now I feel like having a m145, desert or normal version, would be quite nice, because I recently started playing alot more karkand, Sharqui and Basra started to bore me.

we now don't have any dev set or store deal to buy what you bought ..

so please don't insult me being a chump, because i can only get the m145s by buying supply drops ...

I already had everything else in that devset, and still bought it without hesitation - because I recognised how limited an opportunity it would prove to be, and how cost effective a purchase it was.

7K for an M145, on balance, is an absolute steal.

I really liked using it on M16A2 and AN94 rifles. I've tried it on all the SMGs and found it works excellently on UMP45 and quite well on MP5. I didn't care for it on other SMGs. I'd like to try it on some Medic class weapons since the scope was made for the M249.

I just can't afford to buy more Supply Drops when I can use my limited Funds elsewhere. So, I've got enough bandages and adrenalin to open my own store while I wait for the M145.

Edit: Oh, yeah... I've also got 7+ months of Credit Boosters - lol.
