Weird seeing as they have a no-shotgun server, and that the votekicking system and admins on all the time means that glitchers/cheaters are almost immediately kicked.

As for players playing only for stats, i'd rather get the most !caps/!captures in a round rather than the highest K/D or K/D Difference.

You must've got the P4FTools servers mixed up with another server.

Those are my two pennies.

Either that or it wont increase by playtime anymore and just by an increase of your KD/R Flags/R etc.
