Black Screen

Hello, when i downloaded the files needed to play Battlefield. I get a black screen and music when i start it. I've explored some forum post that has "Black Screen" in the title and they said that deleting cache can fix black screen. I Cleaned my cache and still Black screen and music when starting it up. Please Help.

If that doesn't help, attach your DxDiag.txt, following the guide in my signature. This is usually caused by an outdated driver, or an unsupported video chip
